Much like you go to the gym to pump up your body’s muscles, emotional wellness coaching helps you to strengthen your emotional muscles, building resilience in your thoughts and emotions. The coaching service uses skill-based techniques and problem-solving skills to teach, guide, and motivate individuals toward better emotional health.
Individuals seeking personal growth will learn what intrinsically drives their thought and behaviour patterns. It also helps them identify their psychological needs as well as dysfunctional beliefs: enhancing self-clarity and self-leadership. For those who are overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, and fear brought on by life change and challenges, emotional coaching is a good start to help them return to calm.
They learn to identify stress triggers and to better manage thoughts and emotions. They are also guided to systemic change in thinking patterns, facilitating them to be able to respond more positively to circumstances and conflicts.

I am Certified Choice Theory Reality Therapy with The William Glasser Institute USA. I use its teachings in my approach to emotional wellness coaching. CTRT teaches how needs for survival, love and belonging, competency, freedom and fun motivate how people behave, choose and decide. It helps people achieve greater self clarity, take responsibility of their lives, manage negative behaviours more positively and connect with people more effectively.
